| We
do give contract prices on any specialty gate or gates that are custom
built or installed. Pictures or drawings will be helpful.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover credit cards and debit cards accepted. Checks other than Cashier's checks will have a 10 business day hold on shipment process. We will be happy to work any job possible, with no jobs too large or too small. Our installations are made with agreement, dates and times appointed between Auto Gate Tech and customer with unforeseen weather restrictions and shipping difficulties kept in mind. |

We offer a maintenance program that many use with our systems. Our warranty of 1 year parts and labor will still be in effect. This maintenance program will be scheduled every 90 days (every 1st of the quarter year) to help eliminate situations or correct problems at a minimal cost. We are offering this at $199 annually for a residential and $397 commercial. Units will be scheduled on the 1st of every month. Services performed outside the Milton and Pensacola area are subject to a mileage charge. This is not an extended warranty; it is a maintenance schedule to perform inspections of the gate, automatic opener and components used.
Our service will include a thorough inspection of these major factors:

Battery water level will be checked and filled

Battery voltage

Battery terminals cleaned and sealed with a corrosion inhibitor

Actuator voltage and amperage

Oil actuator arm

Check pivot points for wear

Clean solar panel and check voltage output
