Introduction Elite Access Systems, Inc. presents RoboSwing R900, the light-duty commercial gate operator, specifically designed for limited commercial applications, single family house, residential complexes of 15 units, or ranches. Engineered to handle a maximum of 250 cycles a day with plug-in transformer on a gate up to 400 lose and 16 feet in length, this unique gate operator can be used as a wireless unit through the solar power system. RoboSwing R90O uses only a 12 volt, 7 amp hour battery that can be charged either through the solar panel or plug in transformer. This super quiet operator functions with a continuous cycle DC motor and dual gear reducers. Equipped with an automatic closing timer, two-way reversing sensor and electronic shut-off system (Electric Clutch System). RoboSwing R900 is capable of accepting a safety loop system. The no power failure function is the most unique feature of this operator, making the RoboSwing R90O one of the most advanced gate operators in the world today.

Control Board: Modular control board used LEDs to indicate all input and output functions of the operator.

ACCESS DOOR With key lock and made of heavy-duty stainless steel. RELEASE  The gate can be easily disconnected by turning the release handle. To operate the gate manually, pull release handle 180 deg., then push the gate open.

 

	ERD SENSOR If the gate hits an vehicle while closes, it reverses. If it hits an vehicle while opening, it stops, reverses several inches, and stops again.
	LIMIT SWITCH The RoboSwing R90O limit switch system uses high speed ball bearings.
	NON-SCISSOR ACTION ARM Most swing gate operator arms will cross and produce a dangerous "scissor" action while opening the gate to a 90'opening, as shown in picture "A". We designed our RoboSwing R90OTM operator arms to not cross, eliminating the scissor action as shown in picture "B". This feature reduces the risk of injury from the gate operator arm.

ALARM Alarm will sound anytime the gate is stopped by a vehicle.
