SELECT LITE

The SELECT LITEs combine the proven reliability of S.E.S. standard telephone units with a rugged and attractive aluminum weather hood. The black felt  directory is conveniently included within the housing so that installation is faster and easier. The hooded light illuminates the entire front panel, not just the directory area.

As with our standard telephone entry units, the SELECT LITEs are available in Handset or Hands Free models. They have been carefully designed to withstand 
constant use and harsh environments. The SELECT LITEs can be easily mounted on a pedestal or as a surface installation. Whether the entrance to be controlled is in a lobby or at a drive up gate the SELECT LITEs are the reliable and cost effective solution.

The SELECT LITEs have unique additional voltage surge protection which makes S.E.S. the systems of choice for their dependability and years of carefree 
operation.

HOW IT WORKS
The SELECT LITE Hands Free works like this:

  1. Visitor presses the asterisk (*) for dial tone, then dials the code number for the person they wish to visit.  Resident names and code numbers are listed on the directory.
  2. The unit quickly and silently dials the residents preprogrammed telephone number.
  3. The resident answers and establishes the identity of the visitor. To release the door lock (or gate device) the resident dials a six ("6") on their telephone.
  4. Visitor sees "door open" light and enters. The SELECT LITE automatically hangs up.
    5-To deny entry the resident hangs up their phone.
